Community Involvement
As part of our community outreach program, we instruct after-school martial arts classes at several of our area elementary schools; Bowers Elementary, Walnut Hill, and Midtown Elementary.
The children range in grade levels from Kindergarten through fifth grade. Each class is one hour in length and focuses on discipline, awareness, and respect in addition to basic punching, kicking, blocking, and exercise techniques.
